Qiwen Dong, PhD

Postdoctoral Scholar

Qiwen received her B.S. degree in Biological Technology from the Nankai University, China in 2012. Thereafter, she came to the United States and joined the Molecular and Cellular Biology program at Stony Brook University, where she studied herpesvirus pathogenesis in the lab of Dr. Laurie T.Krug. Qiwen became a postdoc in the Pamer lab since March 2019, and her current research focuses on the genomics and pathogenesis of C.difficile. In her spare time, Qiwen enjoys reading, dancing and watching soccer games!
