Hea-Jin Jung, PhD
Postdoctoral Scholar
Hea-Jin received her PhD degree in Molecular biology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2014. During her PhD studies in the laboratory of Dr. Stephen Young, she studied the physiologic relevance of nuclear lamins in health and disease, with an emphasis on the brain. Hea-Jin joined the Pamer laboratory as a postdoctoral scholar in 2015 and her current research focuses on identification and characterization of enteric colonization factors in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae
